Meet the Founder

Based in Melbourne, Australia, I've worked client-side with Telstra, Bupa, Australia Post, Medibank, Origin and Cbus and Government departments

I have over twenty years’ design consultancy experience, including Big 4. Most recently I worked at Accenture Song (Fjord) as a strategic design consultant.

I’ve built and led teams, created strategies and designed playbooks that integrate human-centred design thinking (HCD) into companies. I’ve enjoyed mentoring others along the way.

With a history in graphic design, interior design and copywriting, I founded and ran my own design studio for over a decade. I've also lectured in design at RMIT University.

As a practicing designer for over twenty years, I’ve created brands, campaigns, books, apps, websites, services, retail stores, products and even houses.

I designed The Elements Kit to enable individuals to discover their unique creative identity and realise their life potential. I believe culture is built one creative conversation at a time.
